think inclusion south-west is a for profit group established to provide disability training for south-west Victoria.

The lead and founder Erica Smith has worked extensively in the disability sector over 25 years, first as a special education teacher and advisor, then as an Autism case consultant, and deaf access officer for the Barwon south-west.

Erica has not only post graduate qualifications and experience in the disability sector but also has over thirty years of lived experience of disability as a person with severe to profound hearing loss.

Erica is also accompanied and assisted by her Australian Lions Hearing Dog, Zara.
